50% Deposits are required for all events and become non-refundable 30 days prior to the event.

Off Site Staffing Charges
For Events that are at a location other than the depot

Servers $20 per hour
Culinary Personnel $20 per hour
Bartenders $20 per hour
Captain $20 per hour

Minimum 4 hours / Billing begins upon arrival at Depot and concludes apon return.
Off Site events will incur all rental fees and permit fees if applicable.
20% Service Charge and Tax is added to all Food and Beverage Billing.
Depot in-house events are void of room rental and set up fees when food and beverages are served.
